My experience with treating OCD:

I've been working in mental health within a variety of roles and locations for over 14 years, treating people with OCD and other challenges. I’ve also been counseling for 5 years within residential treatment, inpatient and outpatient facilities, community mental health, homeless shelter, substance abuse and hospice settings. I use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy to treat people with OCD. It's been amazing to see people work through their biggest fears as they become empowered enough to manage their OCD on their own.

About Me

My faith is very important to me as a Christian therapist. I love working with the whole family to bring change and wholeness for each member. Trauma has also been a part of my own life and treatment changed my life for the better. I still remember the therapist that made such an impact on me. As an OCD specialist, I want to make a great impact in your life as well using effective ERP therapy. I know you may be scared or hesitant, but what you're doing in taking this step to get better is a mark of bravery. I’ll work with you to find that courage that gets you through recovery. You’ll find me to be a great listener, passionate to help and instill hope. Let me hear your story so that we can work together to overcome your OCD.
