My approach to treating OCD is centered around building a strong therapeutic alliance, fostering trust, and creating a safe space for open and honest communication. I believe that each person possesses the innate capacity for growth and self-discovery, and my role is to facilitate this process by providing guidance and support while tapping into your own superpowers to creatively problem-solve. In working with me as your NOCD therapist, you can expect a great deal of collaboration. I may be the expert in OCD and ERP therapy/treatment, but you are the expert of you. In my time outside of work, I enjoy training in the aerial arts (silks and lyra) and supporting the thriving Chicago circus community. I also enjoy spending quality time with my husband and toddler, especially outdoors. I recently discovered gardening, and creating my backyard sanctuary has become quite a therapeutic project.
Your struggles with OCD are not your fault, and you deserve compassion and support.
