About

I was diagnosed at a young age with a panic disorder, and my first job in college was working at a substance abuse treatment center, so I learned that I was skilled at working with people in distress. Being a therapist is my way of helping others.

Our sessions are going to be based on working through distress and not avoiding things. On the other side of that process is relief.

I have been a sceptic and reluctant to get help. I finally realized that my marriage and relationship with my kids were suffering terribly because of my lifelong obstacles so I committed to this process and decided to get out of my own way. Clint has helped me cut through the over thinking and has shown me actions I can take to move forward. It’s only been a few weeks and I have already progressed considerably. Clint has done a great job keeping the process simple and straight forward.

Working with Clint has been wonderful for me thus far. ERP is hard, but it's been so empowering to know that what I am learning and experiencing can be transferred over to all the other facets of my OCD. I have made progress before alone, but because of therapy I finally feel like I am truly addressing things in a way that gets to the root. I am excited about living life moreso according to my values vs according to my fears and compulsions.

Clint is an excellent therapist. He respects my beliefs and used bible passages to help me understand my illnesses. The phone app is not very intuitive. It is difficult to pull up my scripts and images. I have to pretend I am practicing an exposure to go over this content. Maybe on the screen where you select an exposure, a link to that exposure's content can be made available. There is no way to access this content from the website on my computer.

After a couple months of researching about OCD, I decided two days ago to sign up for therapy to find out for sure rather than self diagnosing myself. I am also a Christian and my faith is very important to me. I was honestly a little skeptical about if I would even be paired with a therapist who brings God into the session and who takes God seriously but Clint was a great therapist to work with today. I felt like he really understood me since we share the same experiences in life and he gave me a lot of great insight. I would definitely recommend him.

Would just like to say that Clint Ross has done outstanding work with my son. When we started seeing him 4 months ago, my son was having a difficult time getting dressed and getting out of the house without performing hours of rituals. In four short months that we've been working with him my son has completely changed. He is now able to get a shower get dressed and get out of the house without performing any rituals. He is even managed to get his license and start driving. Just cannot say enough how appreciative we are to Clint for all he's done.
