I enjoy working with people at all stages of their therapeutic experience. I treat everyone as an individual with their own unique story to tell. An OCD diagnosis is just one part of your story. I take a collaborative approach to OCD treatment, ensuring that Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) meets your specific needs. You're in a safe space here. I'll guide you through sessions, and we'll go at your speed. I also have experience treating adults and adolescents with depression, anxiety, and substance use disorders.

What sets me apart from other ERP therapists
My brother has struggled with substance use issues and I worked in substance use treatment for years. There's a lot of stigma around the condition, and people with OCD face similar stigmas because the public doesn't understand the condition well. That connection has led me to deeply understand the shame that often shows up with OCD.
How I create a safe, supportive environment in therapy
I give people space to tell their stories again without judgment. I genuinely want to be on my Members' teams and help them improve their symptoms. I take things slow and really understand Members' unique problems before we jump into trying to solve them.
What I want to help you see in yourself
I think people are generally resilient but I want to help Members find ways to be resilient when they don't think they can be. I encourage them to keep going when it's hard, but I'm just fostering what they already have inside themselves.
My message to you if you're struggling right now
ERP can sound scary, but know that I take things very slowly for my Members and never push them into exposures they don't want to try.
