My approach to treating OCD is rooted in a holistic, compassionate understanding of each person's unique experiences. I recognize the broader emotional and relational factors that can influence obsessive thoughts and compulsive behaviors. It's incredibly meaningful to create a space where people feel understood, supported, and empowered to heal. Every small victory, whether it's someone breaking free from a cycle of compulsions, rebuilding relationships, or finding peace after grief, reinforces why I do this work. Beyond OCD, my focus areas include addiction, relationship struggles, anxiety, depression, and grief.
