OCD is an often overlooked and misunderstood mental health condition, but there is hope for a better tomorrow. My approach to OCD therapy is person-centered and collaborative every step of the way. I approach my Members without judgment, and I feel honored to walk by their side while they find their way back to themselves. My other focus areas include depression, anxiety, cultural struggles and strengths, and women's health. I integrate my knowledge in these other areas into my work as an OCD specialist.

Why our members love working with Lupe
L.P.
I love Lupe! She’s Amazing. She makes me feel heard and explains things to me so I can understand too!
L.P.
She’s amazing and just listens to me then will give me the best feedback or practices to help me and even sends me information to better myself!
L.P.
I’m so nervous about opening up that I just rambled out everything I was struggling with and she wasn’t overwhelmed or scared. She listened and acknowledged me and I felt seen. I am happy to continue, this was my first session and I feel like a weight is already slightly lifted off my shoulders. That’s a start. Someone’s listening and that means the world. I can’t wait to continue.
