I bring experience, deep-rooted understanding, and empathy to OCD therapy. OCD is one of the most under-treated and misunderstood disorders in the country. My wish is to help change that and bring freedom to people who are struggling. My sessions are casual and easygoing, but structured and focused on delivering results. Therapy can be challenging, but it can also be one of the most rewarding things you’ve done. I also have a broad range of experience treating mood disorders, stress, people in recovery, personality disorders, and trauma.

My personal connection to OCD and mental health
After fourteen years of working in mental health, I've found that OCD is one of the most misunderstood conditions. There is a lot of ignorance around it, and I've been very lucky to find NOCD's specialized training.
What I want to help you see in yourself
I want to help you discover your courage and your ability to thrive in spite of OCD. OCD is a very debilitating condition, so I always look forward to the moment when someone discovers that they're stronger than they thought. I try to provide opportunities for you to find your inner strength, and to help you see that putting effort into the treatment process can bring you the results you're looking for.
My message to you if you're considering therapy
ERP takes a very gradual approach to treating OCD. We'll start off small, and you'll be able to gain a lot of courage and self-confidence on the way to improving your well-being. It can be challenging at times, but as treatment progresses, it prepares you with the tools you need to face those challenges.
What my Members say helps them feel comfortable with me
I'm a pretty sociable person. I'm also curious by nature, so encountering new Members every day and getting to know them is very interesting to me. My Members tend to feel like they can open up to me and be themselves. I let them know that they can always share anything that's on their mind with me, knowing that they won't be judged.
