I take a structured, evidence-based approach to OCD therapy. It's grounded in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), integrating warmth, collaboration, and values-based work. I aim to help members face their fears without rituals, build resilience, and reconnect with the life they want to live — not just reduce symptoms, but experience lasting change. NOCD Therapy is an active process that will challenge you, but you're not doing it alone. My other areas of focus, anxiety and perfectionism, help me see OCD in a fuller context — not just as a disorder, but as part of a person’s larger story.
