As an OCD therapist, my primary focus is on building rapport in an empathetic, non-judgmental environment. As a young girl, I experienced childhood trauma that led to the need for therapy. I've been a social worker for more than a decade, which has exposed me to the impact severe and persistent mental illness can have on an individual’s daily functioning. I want to improve your quality of life. OCD therapy is effective and life-changing. My other focus areas include grief and loss, trauma-informed care, and generalized anxiety and depression.
