I was diagnosed with OCD at 13, so I know firsthand what it's like. OCD is a disorder based on fear, and the best way to conquer fear is by facing it, learning to cope with the anxiety, and practicing that over and over to lessen the fear. You'll be in good hands with me, and as we go through the treatment process, I'm confident you'll see you're capable of handling more than you thought. In addition to treating OCD, I’ve supported people navigating depression and anxiety across a wide range of backgrounds.
