Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) may seem scary at first, but you've dealt with a lot already. As someone who experiences anxiety, I know the benefits of overcoming these symptoms and regaining control over our emotions and mood. My goal is to build your confidence and help you return to living life without limitations. In addition to OCD, I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.
