My experience in sexual health, trauma, relationships, and neurodivergence deeply informs the way I approach OCD treatment — especially with themes that involve taboo thoughts, identity fears, or self-worth struggles. Many people with OCD experience intrusive thoughts that overlap with their sexual orientation, relationship doubts, or traumatic pasts. I understand how shame and avoidance can amplify OCD symptoms, so I help members work through their fears using ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) while addressing deeper emotional layers. This integrated approach helps members feel safe, seen, and more willing to engage in the hard work of treatment.
