In my career as a therapist treating people with a variety of conditions, I noticed how OCD tends to get ignored. I decided to move into OCD therapy to address this issue so more people can get the proper treatment that they need. That treatment is called Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy, which used to be difficult to access due to its high cost and lack of qualified therapists. NOCD has made it possible for me to offer this scientifically proven treatment to you.
Talking about your OCD and how it makes you suffer is not easy. Intrusive thoughts can be scary, and can even make you feel ashamed of having them. These types of thoughts are not a reflection of you who are. I’m here to validate your thoughts in a comfortable setting so you don’t feel judged while sharing them. Past clients have described me as optimistic, and appreciate how I was able to build their inner strength so they could learn how to break out of their cycle of symptoms Our goal is to get you back on track, so you can live life to the fullest.
