My background is in marriage and family therapy, but I recently noticed more of a prevalence of OCD behavior and wanted to do something about it. I now specialize in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy, created specifically for people dealing with OCD. Even though your intrusive thoughts can make you feel ashamed or scared, they are not who you are. Getting better begins by opening up about your OCD, but I won't push you to open up. You'll find a safe space to share your experiences when you're ready. As you share what makes you uncomfortable, the most important thing is to make you comfortable during sessions.
