He/Him
10 years of experience
Licensed Therapist, MC, LCPC
I treat OCD through an evidence-based lens that has proven results. I want my members to see the measured progress they make as we take steps towards recovery. Outside of working, I enjoy reading (mostly fantasy) novels, exercising, watching anime and listening/singing along to music.

Working toward improvement requires bravery and desire to make change. You don't always have to feel ready to take the next step.
After managing my own familial and childhood trauma, I wanted to help others become the best versions of themselves. The most gratifying part of my job is to see the drive and determination of folks to reclaim control in their lives.
I consider OCD to be a heavily stigmatized diagnosis and wanted to bring my years of experience to provide a safe space for those suffering to heal.
I've focused significantly in the areas of PTSD, depression, anxiety, substance use and stressful life transitions.
Working toward improvement requires bravery and a desire to change. However, you don't always have to feel ready to take the next step to keep moving forward.
Remind yourself that you're speaking with an experienced, nonjudgmental professional. The only thing a therapist should be focused on is the member's improvement. We can work on the fear and stigma together, but only when you share.
