- About
- I am an OCD advocate who posts videos on YouTube which can be found at www.YouTube.com/OCDandAnxiety Additionally, I provide an online self-directed course for OCD, skin picking, hair pulling, and depression here: www.ocd-anxiety.com Most therapists want to talk about issues instead of actually do the work to help you recover. While talking can be helpful; I believe that using the proper therapy is important. For example, I use exposure and response prevention when working with OCD/Anxiety. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for generalized anxiety disorder. CBIT for tics and tourettes. I make sure the therapy used in sessions works best for you and your recovery.
