I’m passionate about helping you work through OCD. I know how hard anxiety can be because I’ve experienced it myself, and some of my family members have struggled with mental health, so this work is close to my heart. We’ll take this journey together, starting small and moving at your pace in a safe, supportive environment where nothing feels forced. Exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy really does help people get better. In addition to OCD, I have experience treating depression, PTSD, schizophrenia, and dissociative identity disorder.
