My goal is to make sure you feel comfortable and can be fully yourself in therapy. OCD can bring up thoughts that are uncomfortable and may even feel embarrassing. But you can share with me without holding back or filtering yourself. I’ll help you understand where those patterns come from and give you tools to move forward. We'll take a step-by-step approach so that our work feels doable and you build confidence over time. In addition to OCD, I also have experience treating anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and life transitions.
