I have personal experience with OCD, and through therapy I was able to reduce my symptoms and improve my life. That journey deepened my commitment to helping others find relief. I’ve worked in residential, hospital, military, and outpatient settings, and I bring that breadth of experience into our work together. You’ll be met with respect and honesty in a non-judgmental space where you can be fully authentic. In addition to OCD, I treat anxiety and religious trauma, and I’m a passionate advocate for the LGBTQIA+ community.
