I want to help you work through this challenging diagnosis and earn a peaceful life in which you feel connected again. Starting therapy is the first step, and a big one. ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) is incredibly effective. In addition to OCD, I also focus on treating anxiety, depression, and trauma.
