I take a warm, genuine approach to therapy, guided by my core values of collaboration, transparency, and safety. I’ll guide you through each step of the process so you feel supported and informed. The most rewarding part of my work is seeing people make meaningful changes in their lives, becoming more empowered and aligned with what matters to them. In addition to OCD, I have experience treating trauma, PTSD, depression, and anxiety, and I’ve worked extensively with LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities.
