Creating a safe, judgment-free space is one of my top priorities. I come as my authentic self so you can too, with transparency and a team approach to our work together. I personally experienced postpartum OCD, so I know firsthand how scary it can feel, even as a therapist who helps others through it. ERP is an evidence-based treatment that has been proven to be most effective for OCD, and we'll take it step by step together. I also have experience with how OCD overlaps with PTSD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma, and I've worked extensively with the BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities.
