I enjoy getting to know people, hearing their stories, and understanding how they wish things could be different. My approach to OCD therapy is authentic—I believe being myself in sessions helps you feel comfortable being yourself, too—creative, and collaborative. If you're nervous about starting exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy, know that you won't go through it alone. I'm willing to try what I recommend and work through challenges with you. I also have experience treating anxiety, panic disorder, phobias, and working with LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and older Members.
