Having experienced OCD symptoms myself, I understand the distress and anxiety they can cause. That's why I put our relationship before any clinical work. My approach focuses on recognizing your strengths, understanding how your behaviors affect your life, and exploring where you want to go. As a queer, nonbinary therapist, I consider how outside forces and inequities shape our beliefs about ourselves. I want to help you reach milestones you never thought possible and live the life you truly want. I also have experience with how OCD overlaps with identity issues, LGBTQIA+ concerns, and trauma.
