I was diagnosed with OCD at 14, so I know firsthand how alone and misunderstood it can make you feel. That experience inspired me to become a therapist and shapes my approach today. There's nothing better than those "a-ha" moments when one of my Members recognizes just how far they've come. I also have experience with how OCD overlaps with generalized anxiety, bipolar disorder, major depression, and ADHD.
