In OCD therapy, you need to feel like somebody is on your side to help you through. As a therapist, I'm person-centered. I take time to build trust and demonstrate empathy. I want to understand where you are. I believe that positive psychology is important, and I do a lot of reframing to help people stay hopeful and motivated. When I'm not doing therapy, I love to spend time on and by the water, which is my peaceful place. My nieces and nephews all think I'm a mermaid.
