She/Her
Licensed Therapist, M.A., LMFT
I aim to make our sessions individualized and work collaboratively. Together, we will determine the goals you want to work toward that will help you develop more control over your symptoms and your life. After, you'll be able to take the tools we learn and use them in the outside world, even when therapy ends. A fun fact about me: When I'm not doing therapy, I love taking my dog for walks on the beach; I live just five minutes away from the water.

I understand what it's like to be on both sides of the screen during therapy. It's a vulnerable place. I enjoy the process of helping others work through challenges and live the life they want.
I always wanted to go into the helping field. I enjoy the process of helping others work through challenges and live the life they want. I've also dealt with my own anxiety and continue to work on it, so I understand what it's like to be on both sides of the screen. It's a vulnerable place to share personal information. I really take that into consideration when working with someone new.
When I started learning about OCD in grad school, I found it really interesting. I have some close friends who have OCD and are working on their symptoms. When I learned about ERP and how effective it is, I thought OCD therapy sounded like a great way to help people feel better quicker—in a very short amount of time.
I've treated PTSD, depression, and anxiety disorders.
Know that you've already taken one of the biggest steps in getting help—you reached out. Together, we will work through this. We will create a plan to help you reach your goals. It's up to you to decide how much you want to push yourself. I'm never going to push you too far.
Know that this is a nonjudgmental space. It's up to you to share what you're ready to.
