My experience with treating OCD:

I’ve been a licensed therapist for 15 years, and specialize in treating OCD using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy. I’ve built my experience working in community health centers, private practice, and many types of crisis work. ERP is well-researched and considered the most effective form of treatment for OCD. What's also great about ERP therapy is that it allows you to get frequent diagnosis check-ins to see how you’re progressing, so you can feel good about your journey.

About Me

It’s been my lifelong passion to help people overcome their health challenges. I’ve worked suicide hotlines, assisted in hospitals, and have helped people overcome their trauma and grief. However I help people, the goal is to find solutions. During our time, the goals you set during sessions are what matter, regardless of how far along you are on your journey. You’ll be met with a safe space to share your OCD experiences, so there’s no need to feel shame or embarrassment towards your OCD thoughts and feelings. Members describe me as compassionate and authentic, driven to see those that I work with recover from OCD. You are not alone in your fight against OCD, and by using ERP, there is certainly hope that you can get better, and stay better.
