About

My own personal struggles with anxiety and social phobia—along with my extensive work with many different and sometimes stigmatized conditions—make me an empathetic and compassionate therapist. Outside of work, I'm kind of nerdy. I love all things Harry Potter and Disney. I use Disneyland as an exposure for my own social phobia, because there's a great reward at the end.

I really want to understand you and separate you from your disorder. You are not OCD. It's something you experience that you've been thrust into. We will make that clear and begin the journey to healing together.
