I’ve been seeing clients for almost 4 years treating people for a wide range of disorders. With specialized training from NOCD, I now offer treatment for OCD using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy. Before coming on board with NOCD, I practiced as a general therapist helping people overcome their anxiety, religious trauma, PTSD, depression, and existential issues. I’m interested to learn about who you are as a person, and by listening to your experiences, I can show you how to manage your OCD.
During our sessions, I’ll create a safe space where we can collaborate and figure out how to approach your challenges. You may feel shame about your thoughts but I'll make sure you feel comfortable enough to share what you’re going through. You’ll find me supportive as we figure out your comfort level and determine the pace you want to go in. Sessions are a team effort, but you’re the one doing the hard work. I want you to get the most of our sessions. You don’t have to reveal everything about yourself, but the more you share, the farther you can take your progress. Being a therapist is awesome because I get to see people just like you make great strides that put the joy back into their lives. Together, we can put your OCD troubles behind you.
