I bring compassion, understanding, and honesty to a judgment-free space where you can work on things that feel scary or vulnerable. It’s important to me that you feel safe in our sessions, able to show up authentically and be fully honest. I won’t ask you to do anything I’m not willing to do too; I’ll do it alongside you, so you’re not alone. I also have experience treating eating disorders, panic disorder, depression, and mood disorders, and working with LGBTQIA+, trans, gender-diverse, and neurodivergent communities.
