My style is laid back, structured, and direct when needed. I create space for open conversation, and I’ll gently challenge you in helpful ways. I’ll take the time to get to know you as a whole person so I can better understand what you’re experiencing and what will help most. I find it especially rewarding to see Members achieve goals they once thought were out of reach and regain the life they want. I also have experience treating anxiety, depression, personality disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, and supporting veterans.

Why I became a therapist

I have always enjoyed helping people navigate very challenging times in their lives. I was drawn to OCD treatment because I saw how profoundly it can affect everyday life. I wanted to help people regain control of their journey to healing from OCD and anxiety.

How I create a safe, supportive environment in therapy

I spend time getting to know you as a whole person so I can fully understand the magnitude of what you're experiencing and how best to help you. My goal is to build a therapeutic relationship where you feel understood, supported, and comfortable being yourself.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is laid back, but also structured. There's a balance between being comfortable talking openly and being appropriately challenged. I can be direct when I need to be, but I'm always gentle, open, and focused on helping you move toward your goals.
