I became a therapist to better understand my own anxiety. I've learned that OCD is both similar to and different from what I've experienced, and I'm excited to help you move through it. I’m direct, honest, and unapologetically myself, and I’ll always focus on your unique experience—you’re the expert on you. Together, we’ll tailor therapy to where you are, build your confidence, and make space for both serious work and humor when it fits. I also have experience treating generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety, depression, and trauma.
