This is a safe and judgment-free space. I'm here to support and teach, to encourage risk-taking, and to support members in pushing through the discomfort while practicing ERP. Progress is made outside of your comfort zone; in therapy, we spend a lot of time outside the comfort zone. But I'm here every step of the way.
