I've spent my career helping people—I was a police officer and a minister before becoming a therapist—and I especially enjoy helping anyone struggling with anxiety and OCD. Having experienced anxiety myself, I understand how difficult it can be. People describe me as warm, empathetic, accepting, and non-judgmental. I aim to create a safe space where you can feel comfortable sharing openly. I also enjoy simplifying complex ideas and using humor to put you at ease. In addition to OCD, my focus areas include generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety, panic disorder, and trauma.
