I became a therapist because of my passion for mental health care and my lived experience with OCD. I thoroughly enjoy treating OCD because I get to see people return to doing things they value in life—things OCD has been taking away from them. We will do therapy together, starting at a manageable place and in a way that works for you. In addition to OCD, I focus on the treatment of anxiety and depression. I also have experience treating body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs), trauma, and substance abuse.
