My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can share what you’re feeling and thinking, move at a pace that feels manageable, and practice tolerating uncertainty and discomfort. The only way out is through, and you can do hard things. I’ll walk alongside you while challenging you to recognize what you’re capable of. I also have experience treating anxiety, substance use, major depression, borderline personality disorder, trauma, and PTSD.
