Exposure and response prevention (ERP) is a very effective treatment, and you can start to see progress quickly. I also have experience with how OCD overlaps with anxiety, phobias (including agoraphobia), panic disorder, BFRBs (body-focused repetitive behaviors), and working with LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities.
