I approach each session with curiosity about who you are, how you see yourself, and how you experience the world. I listen deeply and without judgment, paying attention to your individual needs and the unique circumstances you bring to therapy. I value research-informed practice, and I want our work to help you better understand yourself and make meaningful progress toward what matters to you. I also have experience with how OCD can overlap with depression, trauma-related symptoms, attachment concerns, and relationship difficulties. I’ve worked with adults, children, and parents, including families with children as young as infants.
