I have lived experience with anxiety, which helps me understand how isolating and overwhelming OCD can feel. In our work together, I'll be warm, collaborative, and transparent, so you'll know what to expect and feel comfortable engaging in the process. I prioritize connection and really like to bring humor into sessions. I love seeing Members do things they once thought were impossible and reconnect with what matters most. In addition to OCD, I also treat depression and PTSD, and I support LGBTQIA+, culturally diverse, and neurodiverse individuals.
