I believe the therapeutic alliance is a huge component for achieving success in therapy. It's important for members to be treated with respect, empathy, authenticity, warmth and acceptance, in a safe, comfortable environment, where they can express their thoughts and feelings openly. While using CBT and ERP therapy, I will join in the therapeutic journey with members, mutually agreeing upon treatment, tasks, and goals. In my spare time, I love to crochet, dabble in photography, and spend time with my family.
