I aim to create a safe, supportive space where you feel empowered to be your authentic self, no matter what you're facing. Exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy helps you learn that you can manage discomfort and that fear doesn't have to control your life. What sets me apart as a clinician is my ability to sit with even the most intense discomfort, showing you that you can also handle anything life throws your way. In addition to OCD, I also treat individuals dealing with substance use disorders, mood and anxiety disorders, and early psychosis.
