I come to sessions with curiosity, acceptance, and a non-judgmental mindset. I know how important it is to feel understood and able to be yourself. I balance seriousness with humor when it’s helpful, and I care about recognizing both big changes and the small wins along the way. I also have experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and substance use.
