Licensed Therapist, MA, LMHC
Having a structured approach to OCD therapy allows people to feel relief from debilitating symptoms and offers them hope for the future. I'm a firm believer that diagnoses are labels of symptoms. I treat the person, who often has a combination of things with which they are struggling. Outside of work, I'm a mom of two girls under 3, so my days are never dull. In the free time I do have, I enjoy reading psychological thrillers and watching 'trash TV.' I also enjoy being creative, drawing, and trying other forms of art.

My own experiences as a refugee, immigrant, member of the LGBTQI community, and my desire to help others.
I have always recognized the need for specialized OCD services in our community. The difference this makes for those struggling with obsessive thoughts is incredibly rewarding.
Childhood trauma, adult trauma, ADHD, anxiety, attachment disorders, mood and behavioral disorders. As I worked with clients in my community, these were the conditions that came up most frequently, so I chose to educate myself to better help those I was serving. Seeing the improvement in quality of life when helping those struggling with these problems is rewarding.
This is a place without judgment. Your goals are my goals. We will create a plan that works for you.
Tell me. I know sometimes these are the scariest thoughts you experience, and just the idea of sharing them is paralyzing. We can work through it together, until you're comfortable enough to share your thoughts openly. Making you feel safe and supported is my priority.
