I believe being a therapist is not just about being clinical—it's about being real, showing up without judgment, and using humor, because life can be really hard. We will build trust, figure things out slowly, and work through victories and setbacks together. (When we have setbacks, we're learning and growing.) I also have experience with how OCD overlaps with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles, interpersonal conflicts, and general stress.
