My goal is to give you practical tools to face distress, move forward, and reclaim your time, energy, and life. I will meet you where you are, even in overwhelming moments. This is a non-judgmental space where you can really be yourself. I see therapy as a true partnership; we’ll work at your pace toward your goals. I like to bring humor and everyday language into sessions to make the process feel more approachable. I also have experience treating generalized anxiety, panic disorder, and PTSD.

Why I became a therapist
I became a therapist because I wanted to help people navigate their most vulnerable moments without judgment. What drew me to specializing in OCD is the isolation that can come with it. Carrying intrusive thoughts can feel incredibly heavy, and I want to help relieve that burden so you can finally get your time, your energy, and your life back.
How I create a safe, supportive environment in therapy
I treat therapy as a true partnership. We're a team, which means we'll always work at your pace, and I'll never push you into an exposure you're not ready for. While we take your progress seriously, we don't have to listen to OCD's ridiculous rules. I like to bring a little humor and lightness into our sessions so you can relax and be yourself.
My message to you if you're considering therapy
It's completely normal to feel nervous about starting exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy. Facing your fears goes against every instinct you have. But on the other side of that fear is freedom. By leaning into discomfort with a teammate by your side, you can get your time, your energy, and your life back from OCD.
The most rewarding part of treating OCD
There's nothing better than watching someone get their life back. Seeing my Member go from being ruled by fear to having the time, energy, and freedom to focus on what truly matters to them is the most rewarding part of my work.
