My approach to OCD therapy is person-centered. I'll motivate and encourage you to reach your goals. I'm here to provide you with a safe, non-judgmental space. I won't pretend to know how your struggle feels, but I'll ask you to help me understand. Therapy takes time, but you'll make progress if you work hard and take ownership of your treatment. We will go at your pace; this isn't "pass or fail" but about making progress and reducing your symptoms. My other areas of focus include depression, anxiety, trauma, and self-esteem.
