My own positive experiences with therapy inspired me to become a therapist and to help others make meaningful changes in their lives. Building a strong rapport with you is my top priority. In sessions, I emphasize empathy, validation, and trust, and I’ll take time to get to know you as a person. I can be direct because that’s talking to your OCD; my goal is to help you build the confidence to live the life you want. I also have experience with how OCD can overlap with depression, schizoaffective disorder, and borderline personality disorder.
