My approach to treating OCD is action-based while building skills in mindfulness and acceptance. I find it rewarding to connect with individuals on a human level by normalizing negative emotions and experiences (as we all have) through therapy. Outside of work, I enjoy fitness activities such as outdoor running and strength training, which I incorporate in my routine daily. I also enjoy spending time with my family, reading, and socializing with friends.
