I want therapy to be a space where you can be your fullest self—without filtering, feeling like you’re too much, or worrying you’re doing it wrong. I’m casual, laid-back, and collaborative, while still prioritizing the important work you’re here to do. I want to know about your values and interests, and I welcome your feedback. We can get creative as we work toward your goals. My background includes working with LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities. I also have experience treating eating disorders, trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, autism, and ADHD.

My personal connection to OCD and mental health
I live with OCD and have many loved ones who do, too. My personal experiences with mental health and therapy, combined with a deep fascination with the human mind and a lifelong love for helping people, are what led me to become a therapist. I've seen the power of exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy and proper OCD treatment on a deeply personal level, and I'm passionate about providing this specialized care to those who need it.
How I create a safe, supportive environment in therapy
No matter what walk of life you come from, or what your identity is, I want you to feel like therapy is a space where you can be your fullest self. There is no such thing as too much in therapy—or oversharing, or doing therapy wrong. I want to know what's important to you, what you're interested in, and what your values are. I want you to feel comfortable asking questions, giving feedback, and showing up as your whole self, without feeling like you have to filter yourself.
My message to you if you're considering therapy
If you're feeling hesitant, scared, or unsure about starting exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy, I want you to know that all of those feelings are totally natural and normal. ERP can be hard at times, but it's also really freeing. We are not starting with your most feared thing on day one. It's a collaborative process, and we're doing this work together. We can go at a pace that makes sense for you, while helping you move toward the things that matter most to you and live more in alignment with your values.
What makes my approach different
I want to hear about the game you've been playing, the movie you just saw, or the music you're loving. I look at you as a whole person, not just someone struggling with OCD. I also consider myself very creative, which can be especially helpful in ERP because we can get creative with your treatment plan and find approaches that work for you.
